Support is voluntary
Supporter memberships are voluntary support for SteamActivity, paid on Patreon. Benefits are delivered instantly once your Patreon is linked, so payments are non-refundable by SteamActivity.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your Patreon membership settings. You won’t be charged again and you keep Supporter until the end of the period you already paid for.
Billing questions
Patreon handles all charges. For billing problems or duplicate charges, contact Patreon support or see Patreon’s help centre. If something isn’t right on our side, email legal@steamactivity.com.
Gift codes
Gift codes can be used once and can’t be exchanged for money. Unused codes can be cancelled by us if they were obtained by fraud or a reversed payment.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
