Agreement and the seller
The seller's legal business name is SteamActivity (the "Seller", "we", "us", "our"). SteamActivity operates steamactivity.com and sells the Services under this legal business name; "SteamActivity" is both our legal business name and our trading name.
These Terms are an agreement between you and SteamActivity. When you use the service or buy a Supporter membership, you are contracting with SteamActivity as the seller of record of the Services. By accessing or continuing to use the service, signing in, submitting content, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must supervise your use. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
What SteamActivity provides
SteamActivity brings together Steam profile details, identity formats, games, friends, groups, public account signals, inventory estimates, community reputation, reports, notifications, and optional paid Supporter tools.
Features depend on Steam availability, profile privacy settings, community participation, and third-party data. We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or service development.
Steam sign-in and profile data
Steam sign-in is handled by Steam. SteamActivity receives your public Steam identifier, not your Steam password. You are responsible for securing your Steam account and for activity performed through your SteamActivity session.
Profile searches use public or authorised Steam information. Private data may be unavailable. Do not use SteamActivity to bypass another person’s privacy settings or Steam’s restrictions.
Acceptable use
Use SteamActivity lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or expose another person;
- submit fabricated reputation, reports, evidence, or coordinated ratings;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights;
- scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the service without permission;
- probe security, evade access controls, overload the service, or distribute malware or harmful code;
- use information from SteamActivity to facilitate scams, account theft, or market manipulation.
Intellectual property
SteamActivity and its licensors own the service and all related intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, Trust Score methodology, and the SteamActivity name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes within your plan. No other rights are transferred.
You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant SteamActivity a limited licence to host, display, and process it solely to operate and moderate the service. Steam and related marks belong to Valve Corporation.
Reputation, reports, and moderation
You are responsible for reputation entries, replies, reports, and evidence you submit. Contributions must reflect a genuine interaction, be relevant, and avoid unnecessary personal information.
SteamActivity may review, restrict, label, remove, retain, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect users, preserve evidence, or comply with law. Moderation decisions may use context beyond a single report and do not certify that a user is safe or unsafe.
Information and price estimates
Trust Scores, account signals, ban information, inventory prices, market totals, playtime, relationship history, and similar results are informational tools—not guarantees, financial advice, or endorsements.
Steam Market prices and totals can be delayed, incomplete, excluded, or inaccurate. Verify important information independently before trading, paying, or sharing account access.
Patreon Supporter memberships and gift codes
Supporter memberships are voluntary support for SteamActivity, paid through Patreon. Patreon processes the payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations under Patreon’s own Terms of Use. SteamActivity never sees your card details.
Benefits switch on when you link your Patreon account to your Steam account and we can see an active membership on our Patreon. They stay on while that membership is active and end when it ends. You can cancel at any time on Patreon.
Gift codes give the redeeming Steam account 1 month or 1 year of Supporter. Each code can be used once, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be cancelled if obtained by fraud. Because benefits are delivered instantly, support is non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Restrictions and termination
We may restrict or end access, remove content, or preserve relevant records if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, users are at risk, or the service is being abused. You may stop using SteamActivity at any time and may request eligible data deletion under the Privacy & Cookies policy.
Disclaimers and liability
SteamActivity is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or outcomes from trades, friendships, reports, or other decisions.
SteamActivity is not responsible for Steam accounts, trades, third-party services, community conduct, or losses caused by relying solely on displayed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, operator, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be highlighted through the service.
SteamActivity is the service operator. SteamActivity is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Steam and related marks belong to their respective owners.
